Michelle and Scott Peters, a dynamic husband-and-wife team, always had a passion for authentic New York-style pizza. Michelle originally from New York, always dreamt of bringing a slice of home to the West Coast. In 2019, they opened their first pizzeria in Orange County, California, where they introduced the community to the crisp, thin crust and perfect sauce that defines classic New York pizza. It wasn’t long before the lines were out the door, with locals and tourists alike craving their signature pies.
Encouraged by their success, the Peters opened a second location in Mission Viejo just 2 years later. Both pizzerias thrived, known not just for their incredible pizzas but for the warm, family-owned atmosphere. Michelle and Scott, along with their 3 children, worked tirelessly to make each restaurant feel like home, always greeting customers with a smile and a story.
After several years of operating their thriving pizzerias, they made the decision to move to Tennessee, where they would bring their pizza expertise to a new venture: a ghost kitchen. Now working out of Bethpage, the Peters family uses their deep knowledge of pizza-making to create the same beloved New York-style pizzas, but this time for the local community.
Though the kitchen may be different, their commitment to quality and family remains the same. Every pizza is crafted with love, just as it was in their West Coast shops. Now, with their family by their side and a new approach to business, Michelle and Scott continue to share their passion for pizza, ensuring that the people of Bethpage, Portland and beyond can enjoy the taste of New York, no matter where they are.
